The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all sales and marketing activities related to company lands and property developments. This include identifying potential buyers, investors, promoting properties, managing negotiations, and ensuring all activities are aligned with company’s business goals.
This position is based in Triang, Pahang.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current trends, pricing benchmarks, and demand for land and assets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Proactively identify investment prospects, engage with potential buyers and various stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong networks with real estate agents, property valuers, consultants, local authorities, potential buyers or investors.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities to recommend strategies for strengthening market positioning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute property launches, roadshows, and other promotional events to generate market interest.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and performance of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to enhance visibility and market reach.
- Ensure all documentation, agreements, and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in property sales and marketing, preferably development project exposure and asset transactions.
- Strong network in the property and investment market.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local land laws, property valuation, and transaction processes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation as required.
