This role is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations across private residence, villa, and homestay properties, ensuring that cleanliness, comfort, and high service standards are consistently upheld.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations and work schedules of housekeeping staff, including local staff and housemaids.
2. Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure all housekeeping staff are well-informed and properly equipped to perform their duties.
3. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained.
4. Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), housekeeping manuals, and policies to ensure the operations are maintained at high level standard.
5. Provide clear guidelines, and supervision to housekeeping staff to ensure their work aligns with established SOPs and scheduled tasks.
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the properties meet quality standards.
7. Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage.
8. Maintain and monitor the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost control and optimal use of resources.
9. Conduct regular risk assessments and promote a safe working environment.
10. Liaise and coordinate with the Property Department on all matters related to maintenance management.
11. Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for services, maintenance, and procurement needs.
12. Handle grocery purchases and the procurement of cooking supplies on an as-needed basis.
13. Monitor guests’ feedback closely and to identify areas for improvement
14. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management, or any other related field.
2. Professional certifications in housekeeping are an added advantage
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
4. Prior experience in a supervisory role, including staff training and development within a housekeeping department.
5. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, linen management, and housekeeping equipment.
6. Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
8. Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation standards.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation as required.

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all sales and marketing activities related to company lands and property developments. This include identifying potential buyers, investors, promoting properties, managing negotiations, and ensuring all activities are aligned with company’s business goals.

This position is based in Triang, Pahang.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current trends, pricing benchmarks, and demand for land and assets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Proactively identify investment prospects, engage with potential buyers and various stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong networks with real estate agents, property valuers, consultants, local authorities, potential buyers or investors.
• Monitor and analyse competitor activities to recommend strategies for strengthening market positioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute property launches, roadshows, and other promotional events to generate market interest.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and performance of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to enhance visibility and market reach.
• Ensure all documentation, agreements, and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in property sales and marketing, preferably development project exposure and asset transactions.
• Strong network in the property and investment market.
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local land laws, property valuation, and transaction processes.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation as required.
